Founder / CEO

James E. Sprinkle, Jr. is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AVIATION TECHNICAL RESOURCES LLC. with nearly four decades of commercial aviation and business management experience.

James brings commercial aviation and business management experience to the table, establishing himself as a proven C-level leader with extensive executive expertise across all segments of the aerospace industry. Throughout his career, he has delivered tangible value to aviation clients, tackling challenges with a focus on strategic planning, market analysis, operational improvement, and commercial M&A due diligence in the aerospace and MRO sectors. His impressive track record spans M&O and Engineering, AOC fleet planning, market sector strategy, and airline management, as well as building and infrastructure development. Starting his journey in aviation maintenance and flight operations with the United States Air Force, James has honed his operational expertise, serving as a skilled subject matter expert to operators, lessors, and investors.

He is a alumnus of Spartanburg Methodist College, the Community College of the Air Force, Lander University, the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, University of Miami, and Thomas Edison University.

James is a Member of the Royal Aeronautical Society (MRAeS). Holder of a Federal Aviation Administration Airmen Certification.

His skills in client collaboration, trade show representation, and creating marketing materials continues to improve the business growth while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.

Matthew holds a Master’s in International Business and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Florida International University, with a emphasis in business strategy, risk assessment, and entrepreneurship.
